Olive oil (just enough to cover all sides of your fish using a brush) ORyou can substitute Olive oil with an Olive oil or Avocado oil spray
Crushed Garlic or Garlic Paste
Salt
Black Pepper
Paprika
Cumin powder (use if you have it or else don’t worry about it)
Coriander powder (use if you have it or else don’t worry about it)
Lemon
Cilantro for garnishing
Directions
Mix a little bit of garlic in Olive oil and spread it on both sides of the fish or if you are using spray oil then rub the garlic on the fish and spray it with the cooking oil of your choice.
Mix all the dry spices in a bowl and then sprinkle them on all sides of the fish.
Let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
Cook it in a non-stick pan using a little bit of olive oil.
Alternatively, you can prepare it in the Air Fryer also. Use the Air Fryer setting at 350 degrees and just give 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Fishes are generally tender and every Air Fryer has its settings so keep an eye on the fish (it isn’t very technical) and when you see the char of your choice on the fish, consider that side done.
