Ingredients

  • Avocados: 2 medium, ripe
  • Sour cream: 1/4 cup
  • Cilantro: 1/4 cup, packed
  • Garlic: 1 -2 cloves (depending on your mood)
  • Lime juice: 2 tablespoons
  • Water: A little bit (or more, to reach desired consistency)
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon, or to taste

Directions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the peeled and pitted avocados, sour cream, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, water, and salt.
  2. Blend until Smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Add more water, a tablespoon at a time, if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  3. Serve: Transfer the avocado creme to a bowl and serve immediately.
