Water: A little bit (or more, to reach desired consistency)
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon, or to taste
Directions
Combine Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the peeled and pitted avocados, sour cream, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, water, and salt.
Blend until Smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Add more water, a tablespoon at a time, if you prefer a thinner consistency.
Serve: Transfer the avocado creme to a bowl and serve immediately.
